At SugarAndVapor, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your pieces are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
